    Hello everyone.
Almost in a daily basis, I choose some health articles from the internet and copy them in my website post page.
    Website : saludaldiamagazine.net
Below the slider there are several articles I have posted in several days, “Latest from the Blog” for the English version of the site and “Lo último del blog” for the Spanish version; although for the purpose of this situation doesnt matter which language version I am using.
If you click on the first post “Como desintoxicar las axilas y prevenir el cáncer de mama” as a result you get “Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist” (if looking at the english version and similar message in spanish version too). Any other post will show some information, but this one.
This situation have been happening to me several days now, I can post some articles and some others not. I have been unsuccessfully trying to find a common factor, is not that those pages have any kind of restriction since sometimes I am able tom post some others articles from the same website or author.
If I click on “Preview Changes” the page will show as you can see here : http://saludaldiamagazine.net/es/?p=2514&preview_id=2514&preview_nonce=4608c70036&post_format=standard&preview=true
but when you publish it I get the “Do not exist error”

I am running the current version of WP and all my plugins are compatible and up-to-date.

Any guidance, tip, opinion, solution, idea ???
    Thanks and regards

  • Try going to Settings> Permalinks and try resaving them.

    The process is outlined here:

Let me know if that makes a difference.

Hi Kevin, thanks for your suggestion but I am afraid that I unsuccessfully already tried that.
I hope you can give me another suggestion.
    Thanks and regards

    Hi Carlos,
So sorry for the delay! The theme developer became a father this week so we are still in catch-up mode:)
It looks like all the posts on your homepage are working fine. When I click the second link you gave it says I am unable to view drafts. Are you sure you’ve published the post?

Hi Hannah, thanks for your response.

Unfortunately the problem still the same, actually it happens to me again yesterday. All the post displayed in my website are working fine since I deleted those that were having problem, I didnt want to have 404 links in my website and because I didnt received another response from you guys I just thought that I might want to wait for an update that can eliminate the problem or just to learn how to live with that, which I am not happy with.

I have been resaving the permalink settings every time before I will post something, but nothing happens.

    Thanks and regards

    Hey,
    Sorry about the delay.
Can you tell me what your permalink setting it on? For example are you using “post title”

Can you tell me what multilingual plugin your using?

Can you determine anything about the posts that are different from ones that are working on your site.

Do you have a link to one that is not working currently?

Hello Theme Author, where you the one that recently became a New Father?, if so, Congratulations !!!.

Ok, thanks for your concern about the problem I am having with my posts and for following up. My website permalink setting is as follow :
    Post name http://saludaldiamagazine.net/sample-post/

The multilingual plugin I am using is : qTranslate-X

It is very hard for me to find a common denominator in those cases when the post are not showing, even I tried to find something, I couldnt find any clue.
I normally post 2 or 3 post a day about health news that I found in some reputable health related pages on internet. Sometimes post doesnt show some other time they does, even from the same health page. Yesterday I posted 3 posts, all of them were successfully displayed. I made sure to re-save the permalink every time I was about to publish a post.

Unfortunately I deleted all those few links that brings me the 404 error. I saw today that Pinnacle Theme has an update to version 1.4.3, I am making a back up first and then I will update, maybe that will help to avoid the “Post doesnt show” problem.

    Thanks and best regards.

    Hi,
Again, so sorry for the delay! Were you able to get things going? Did you update to the latest version of the theme? Are all your plugins also up to date? Lastly, have you tried re-saving your permalinks?

That is Ok Hannah, thank you for following up.

Yes, I always keep all plugins up-to-date as well as the Pinnacle Theme. Actually since I started this thread there were 2 Pinnacle Theme updates I have done.

Everytime I will post something I re-save the permalink setting, I guess should not be that way but it is only a couple of additional steps that I need to do.

In the last two days I have not experienced again the problem, hopefully never happen again. After this comment I will mark this topic as solved.
Thanks to all of you for your kindly help.
    Best regards.
    Carlo
