Some posts not getting updated

Dear John,

First of all, thank you for an amazing plugin. I genuinely like it and use it in a lot of my projects.

On one of my sites, however, I seem to have run into a weird bug. I am using a CPT and linking individual CPT to the main posts.

Now the bidirectional relationships are getting updated for all the new posts, but not for the older posts. I have tried the standard troubleshooting (tried installing, reinstalling the plugin | added override function to functions.php | ensure that the fields have same names, are top level, are not repeater or flexible fields), but that hasn’t helped.

I was wondering if you have ever seen this case in wild before and if you have any advice for me.
