Thanks for sharing the finer details of your site including the system status report and the logs. I am unable to see any specific failures in your log.
For the product screenshot you shared, or for that matter, any variable product that is not currently syncing on Facebook,
can you browse to the Product Data tab, further click Variations
Expand any variation that is not visible on your feed, scroll down within the settings and send me a screenshot of what you have within there. It should look similar to this

Yes, that looks correct. It should work.
Let’s try and clear the present data to see if the following sync works. Could you clear the metadata here and remove the product: https://d.pr/i/RhuXNg
Afterwards trigger the sync again: https://d.pr/i/5PU16Z
Does that change anything?

I have great news. I found the solution to my problem.
Some product descriptions were written in UPRERCASE only, so Facebook didn’t accept them.
After writting the description with some lowercase characters and reset Facebook metadata I was able to see Variant IDs.
