    Hello.

    I have a few questions.

    1) I used google analytics with your plugin. But it didn’t track anything yet. But it should, it’s over a month active.
    2) I have added a keywords meta html tag in the header.php file manually for the theme I am using. But none of the keywords appear on the frontpage, instead the plugin overrides it and uses the keyword(s) (a.k.a. the tags used for the article, which in some cases is only one tag, which makes my frontpage kind of useless with only one keyword) from the first article appearing on the frontpage. Which isn’t very useful because the standard keywords doesn’t appear. The plugin should add a few keywords to the existing ones, but not using the article’s keyword entirely. It’s now only one keyword in use.
    3) Also your tabs in the submenus are blank. Or appear so. Check the picture:

(Will be deleted automatically after 7 days)

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    1. The tracking is active right after it’s implementation, you can test that from Google Analytics in the Administration section. Did you use the simple tracking code of the authorization token code?

    2. Why did you input it manually? You can setup the keywords by activating us from the plugin configuration and then complete them from the meta bulk editor

    3. I think there’s a problem here, could you open the console and see if there’s a JS error?

    Thanks.

    Hi.

    1. UA-*eight digits*-1 is what I entered, accordingly to the instructions.

    2. First, it doesn’t work, the plugin overwrites it (my own manually added meta keywords tag). Second, the frontpage has only the tags I chose in the articles and third, only the one(s) from the first article appearing on the frontpage. I cannot use keywords that are more constant / unchanging, because the plugin overwrites the whole html tag. I need some basic keyword that need to appear always and the plugin doesn’t allow it. I can add a meta description but no meta keywords. So, I needed to add them myself, manually.

    3. Are you sure? I thought it has something to do with CSS. Bu there was no error in JS.

P.S. Working with the current Opera version, it it’s of any interest.

    P.P.S.
    3) Found an error:
load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.8:9 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1

    Hi,

    1. Could you try to connect using the Google authentication token and see what happens

    2. Did you activate the setting?
    Step 1: https://goo.gl/tqjeSZ
    Step 2: https://goo.gl/wNzsgK

    3. I think there’s a problem here, some JS file may be not loaded properly, what the website URL please?

    Hi.

    1. To prevent misunderstandings. Please explain how to do it. So I make it right from the start and we can find a solution faster.

    2. That’s not at all what I meant. The instructions are for the keywords used for the article itself. That works fine on that specific post link. But on the frontpage no keywords appear in the source code – online from the first article. And those keywords aren’t useful on frontpage. Because it’s mostly one or two keywords I use for an article. I need the possibility to add keeywords for the frontpage that are always there. But I can’t. Even manually added keywords won’t work in the header.php, because the plugin overwrites them and uses one, or two keywords online from the newest article / post.

    Hi,

    1. Yes you can find more details here: https://www.joomunited.com/documentation/wp-meta-seo-documentation#toc-7-1-activate-analytics-tracking

    2. OK I got it, indeed in the global settings there’s only options for home page Meta title and description in case it’s not a single page/post… We will add options in the next version to add keywords here, in the category view like on your website.

    Hi,

    1. Okay, did it again. I did that way before. Thanks.

    2. How long will it take to add this function? Any idea?

    3. Anything regarding the JS error?

    Hi,

The new version will be pushed on monday. About the JS error, if it persist after the update, it would require that our developer take a look at that because it should be a conflict with another plugin. I may open an access to support on our website for that.

    Update installed. Thanks.

But, where is the keyword field? Can’t find it.

    Plugin Author JoomUnited

    (@joomunited)

    Hi,

If you activate the keyword from the configuration you should have a keywords field in the category edition. Do you have it?

    Cheers,

    Thread Starter aclys

    (@aclys)

    Hi,

Yes, I have it. But, unfortunately, that was not what I was looking for.

    See here:
    https://postimg.org/image/5eyfla3wh/

    That’s the keyword line from:
    http://www.tonguesofdestruction.de

The keywords are only from the first article – always. And I’d like to have work this way:
I add keywords in a different section (standard keywords, those will appear on:
    http://www.tonguesofdestruction.de
plus the keywords of the first three articles added to the “standard keywords” that won’t change on http://www.tonguesofdestruction.de
If you click on the category they may disappear or not, same for single posts.

Do you know what I mean?

The field you added creates keywords for a category, right? That’s nice, but not quite what I was looking for.

Sorry for all the trouble 🙂

    Hi,

I don’t understand what you’re trying to achieve.
Is your home page setup as a category of posts?

    Not sure about that:

plus the keywords of the first three articles added to the “standard keywords” that won’t change on http://www.tonguesofdestruction.de

But I don’t think this is something possible.

    Hi,

    Some SEO-Plugins already doing this.

You know my website. I don’t know what you mean with “page stup as a category of posts”. My website has categories and the categories have posts.

If you click on the link to my website I provide and check the source. You’ll see the line of code for meta keywords. This line always includes only the tags I provided. And only from the first article on the frontpage. That’s not enough.

Google Analytics still not working. But also not working in google account. Also I followed the plugin’s instructions and also google’s.
