You set the course duration is 3 weeks, right? This duration is for students. When they start studying course, after 3 weeks from that moment, the course will be expired to them.
3. Can you open the registration feature so I can make a test?

Please try to use this custom CSS:

display: none !important;
}
You may need to learn how to do that here http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-easily-add-custom-css-to-your-wordpress-site/

Those Take Course buttons are not came out from LearnPress plugin.
Your theme or another addon made that change.
In this case, I will need to check your admin dashboard.
