Some strange stuff in quick reply boxes

This was absolutely the easiest thing to get to work. I had mingle-forum but it disappeared so I deactivated it and then installed forum-server and it automatically pulled all my forums, topics, etc. in, that was very nice, to say the least.

Just a couple issues.

There is some strange stuff in the quick reply about which I am clueless to fix.

Icons show then it has this in there , document.forms.addform.message); return false;'>

Here is a screenshot for you if that helps. If it needs nursing, I am comfortable going into code. If it needs major surgery, I’m not qualified!

If you want to see it live, I will have to send you a guest login and password since our forum is private to members only, but it’s not a problem for me to do that.
