Some stuff fixed and optimized

Hi Darren, please check the conversation on your slack account – I spent some time on the plugin, changed the button code so it supports pages/posts, made likes work on pages and did quite some optimizations.

Would be cool to put that live for others, if you like the changes…:)

It should be pretty easy to add the notifications and stuff also…:)
