    Hello there,

I’ve been testing different form/forminator settings. During one test, I submitted several submissions, but the WP backend didn’t see them, even though the data showed several submissions. I later reset the settings to default and resubmitted, and they showed up.

Now, I’m running into this problem again: even under normal circumstances, I can’t see the submissions. The forminator dashboard clearly shows that someone submitted the form, but the corresponding form doesn’t.

Please help me identify the issue and solve.

  • Hi @jeffreylee777

I hope you are doing well today.

Is there any server-side cache that you could clear and see if that helps? Also, to be on the same page, you mean that you’re able to see submission values on the Forms page for that specific form, and data does not show up in the Submissions section?

Please share some screenshots and upload them to Google Drive for example, so that we can be on the same page.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hello @jeffreylee777,

I hope you’re doing well. Sorry for the late reply.

I tried to replicate the issue, but I am still seeing the updated value. Please refer to the video:
    https://monosnap.com/file/0lmNVuzL0ciCvSGDtF44YG4gDeTD94.

Can you please perform more tests with creating a Demo WordPress site using this website https://tastewp.com/ or Local by FlyWheel Application, this way we can narrow down whether the server-side cache or database cache isn’t causing the conflict.

I look forward to hearing from you soon with more results.

    Kind Regards,

Hi, Thank you for your help. I tested it several times on my website, the value is updated normally, I can see my test submissions. They all can be checked. I am just so confused there are still some submissions I can’t checked. The total value of submission (dashboard value) is not equal to the total value of all submissions from all forms combined.
As the forms are for RFQ purpose, I’m very concerned about this issue.
I’ll try your method later on and update for you.

    Hello @jeffreylee777,

I truly understand your concerns and know how it feels when something isn’t working properly or doesn’t show the correct results.

To help figure out if the issue is specific to the site or service, we’ve shared an additional test.

If you still see the same problem on the test site, please share the form export along with the steps to replicate the issue.

I’m looking forward to hearing more from you with additional details!
