Some Users Can’t login

    Some of my users can’t access my site using their credentials. But the credentials are correct. I noticed those usernames have @ sign in them. Could you please check?

    Hi @rifatkhanweb,

    I’ve tested on my WP instance to register and log in with test users that have in their username the “@” sign and it works fine.

    Could you please let me know if you have the latest version of Profile Builder (version 3.6.5)?

    Do you use any caching plugin? If so, could you please exclude our pages (the pages created with our shortcodes) from it and check if the issue persists?

    Hi,
    I set up my profile fields WP, when I clicked the register to create a new user,
    but the register page is empty,
    The register page is not automatically affected when I set up the profile field ?
