Some Users Not Being Redirected

    With some users using IE and Chrome, they’re not being redirected. The user is getting the message ‘Thank you for your message. It has been sent’. However, most other users are being redirected when using mobile etc.

    Can you advise?

    Please attach a screenshot so we can see all of your redirect settings.
    Also, please provide a link to a page with the form we are talking about.

    What was the resolution to this? I am having the exact same issues. Redirect works fine on mobile but not when using Edge or Chrome.
