Some users see zero counts, seemingly randomly

    As we can check your site, the counters seems to be working fine and after checking it different computers, it is hosing the same count. Can you please provide more details to reproduce the issue so that we can further investigate it.

    Please take a note that the count is tied to the URL of the page. If user switches from one subdomain to another or starts using st_url property of span tag to point to a different url , counters get changed(based on url). When a new URL is detected the count starts from 0. In case of redirection also, both the urls will be considered as two different urls.
    Also, a non-ssl site and SSL site will show different counts.
    Unfortunately there is no way to transfer/export the stats between different URLs.
