You are the second one that tells me it.
This is strange because I try in several sites and it works in every one.
Let me do some checks and come back to you.

Hi @carazo ,
I’ve updated the plugin and purged the website cache but some values are still converted into datetime format when exported.
Caches does not execute in this process.
I would need some kind of fake data that you can send me to reproduce the error.

I’m not sure how to send you the fake data.
My data exported that converted to datetime format are the ones that have long numbers

@alyab,
OK I found the problem.
In next version you will have it solved.
Hello,
Not sure if my problem is related to this support item:
I am storing dates in the format dd/mm/yyyy.
When exporting with “Import and export users and customers”, I get a different format depending on the day of the date :
If the day is less than or equal to 12, I get an unexpected format : yyyy-mm-dd 00:00:00.
If the day is greater than 12, I get the expected format : dd/mm/yyyy.
Examples : 6 dates from July 10th till July 15th, 1940 :
1940-07-10 00:00:00
1940-07-11 00:00:00
1940-07-12 00:00:00
13/07/1940
14/07/1940
15/07/1940
This happens independently of the setting of “Convert timestamp data to date format”.
Plugin is at the latest release 1.18.2.3.
I hope the next version will solve this problem.
Could you check again with latest release?
Could you open the CSV with a text editor instead of a spreadsheet? Maybe the problem is in the spreadsheet.
