does anyone here know how to import Hierarchical Custom Fields using the users import addon?

I’m trying to import users and a related LOCATION custom field —> https://prnt.sc/xu3n7o

The problem is that i get this —-> https://prnt.sc/xu3okt
instead of this —-> https://prnt.sc/xu3pi8

Does anyone who has had a similar problem have any suggestions since I don’t know what to feel anymore ?

Hi @myke090,

I’d really need to see how the plugin/theme that adds this field to users is storing the data before I could advise on importing the same.

Please replicate this problem on a sandbox site at http://wpallimport.com/debug (you can install themes/plugins there), then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with details on the issue and a link to this thread for reference.
