Something changed Windows 8 Mobile

    Hi I have reported this quite a few times int he forums but nobody has been able to help.

    since the latest updates my site has gone completely wrong on a windows phone.

    the banner is not shrinking to fit the screen and the navbar is enlarged.

    I noticed that even the wordpress site banner looks wrong now on a windows phone.

    is this a incompatibility with the new wordpress and windows 8 phone IE10? I have tried the alpha version and the same problem
