Something has changed?

Hello, first of all i’ve notice few changes in my plugin. First is that, you can list 10 top rated pages for example, yes but i can list only 8? When i write 7, shows 6, when i write 5, shows 4. When i write 10 or more, only 8.
Second, something has changed with the widget top rated.

Check picture. if i recall, the title was in the thumbnail, not like this. I was in 4.2 + old version of the plugin, thought it’s something from that, i’ve updated to last version of wordpress + last of the plugin, no cure.
