    I Installed the instagram feed and get this error
    message:
    “Something is wrong. Response takes too long or there is JS error.
    Press ctrl-shift+J

    Not sure what is wrong

    Hi @yvonnebanks,

    thanks for using Instagram Feed WD plugin!

    most probably there is JS error thrown by other plugin or theme which breaks Instagram Feed.
    Can you please give a link of that page, so that we can check it?

    Hi – yes I fixed it. Was a plugin issue that was creating some sort of problem with the JS.

    I also have the same issue. ‘Something is wrong. Response takes too long or there is JS error. Press Ctrl+ Shift+J or Cmd+Shift+J on a Mac’ . It appears when I search my site, but only on safari, not chrome. My instagram feed is loading but no photos appear.

    And when looking at the site on a mobile, the dropdown primary menu doesn’t work.

    I’ve seen posts similar to this but I am new to building sites and would appreciate if someone could guide me through it.

    Thanks for letting us know about this problem!

    Please note, that this error appears when there’s a conflict caused by your website theme.

    Could you please switch to another theme (e.g. WordPress default) and see if you still get the error message in your Instagram feed?
