    Hi,

    I have a problem when I use this plugin.

    Here is the message I get:

    “Something is wrong. Response takes too long or there is JS error. Press Ctrl+Shift+J or Cmd+Shift+J on a Mac to see error in console or ask for free support.
    Instagram token is invalid or expired. Please reset token and sign-in again to get new one.
    Admin warning: there is one or more private user in this feed(). Their media won’t be displayed.”

    The URL of my site is https://www.namour.com.br/

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please try the following solution and see if helps?

    1. Visit Instagram.com from your web browser and revoke access of the plugin from here,
    2. Log out from the current account signed in to Instagram.com,
    3. Go back to the WordPress administrative dashboard of your website,
    4. Navigate to Instagram Feed WD > Settings page, then press Reset Access Token,
    5. After the page reloads, click Sign in with Instagram, and log in to your account.

    As the account is signed in, please create your feed using the same username, and check if it works this time.
