    There’s something terribly wrong with the plugin. It worked fine until about a week ago. Then the problems started. First, it takes a very long time for the subscriber or sent emails page to load, for example.

    Since this weekend, I’ve had an even bigger problem. I get the following message:
    There is a problem with the MailPoet task scheduler.
    Connection unsuccessful. Consult our knowledge base article for troubleshooting tips.

    Then a lot of HTML appears, and at the bottom it says:
    For a plugin to work, it must be possible to connect to the task scheduler.

    What’s wrong? The information on the MailPoet website and knowledge base is too technical to solve it yourself.

    So, please help us solve this problem.

    Can you help me any further?
    I can no longer send emails.
    I’m unable to attach screenshots to these messages. I can, however, email you a Word file with the system status text.

    The problem seems to have miraculously disappeared. Everything is working properly again, the task scheduler is connected again, and emails were sent as normal today.
    So, no further action is required at this time.
