I wanted to check the form, however it looks like it’s not available at the moment (“Sorry, this order form is no longer available.”) – probably due to me not being logged in.

IT looks like submissions have resumed so I’m not sure if the issue resolved itself or what was causing it but I would like to know if there is a conflict somewhere.

Thank you for the form.
I tested on my lab site and it worked fine, the “Something went wrong, please try again.” on submit if all fields are filled sometimes means the browser or caching plugin has a cached nonce.
If the issue returns or persists you can try to exclude the form from Caching using the Forminator > Form > Behaviour > Prevent page caching on form pages or using your caching plugin settings which depends on which plugin you are using.

Hi, I am having the same issue, everything was working fine until yesterday, when I started to have failed payments with the same error: ‘Something went wrong, please try again’.
Not all the users have this issue. Do you know what could be causing this?
