Also could you give me more details about your configuration? This is email optin, right? Is it in test mode or for specific service?

I’m facing the same issue and i found on your forums that someone had an issue with missing DB table wp_optins but i already have the table and looks ok.
Yesterday it was working fine when i first installed it and then it starting showing the error, i already created another Mailchimp API but didn’t work.
