Something went wrong: POST https://merchant.revolut.com/api/locations
-
We have an issue whereby a website we started was setup as test.domain.co.uk and after finishing was swapped to domain.co.uk to make it live. We have since encountered 2 errors at the top of all WordPress management pages.
Something went wrong: POST https://merchant.revolut.com/api/locations {“code”:”duplicated_location_domain”,”message”:”Duplicated location domain”,”timestamp”:1707747276356}
and
Synchronous Webhook setup unsuccessful. Please make sure you are using the correct API key. If the problem persists, please reach out to support via our in-app chat.
We have tried to deal with the online chat through our mobile app but the agents keep referring us to “the developer”. I understand Revolut will only allow 1 domain per account and as such, it needs changing on their end.
Additionally I’ve also noticed as our website uses a dark background with white text, the checkout page displays in a weird arrangement https://driveriches.co.uk/checkout/ showing a very light backgound on the box at the bottom. Even using the popup card payment option does not resolve this display issue.
So far we have been using Revolut a lot with payment links and general banking so we would love to sort these few little issues to enable our online processes to work directly. Help!
Thanks.
