Can you go to Dashboard > Guestbook > Settings > Debug-tab?
Then try to add 2 entries there. I assume both fail? Or just the one with Emoji?
If both failed, I assume there are no database tables made at install time. You could run the uninstaller from that same settingspage. After that activate the plugin again. It might work better this time.
If all fails, can you look with PHPmyadmin, if the tables are there? There should be database tables for gwolle_gb_entries and gwolle_gb_log.

I try the first(both fail) and the second steps and nothing. And then of course I try the third step and I don’t have any database tables (gwolle_gb_entries and gwolle_gb_log).
And honestly I don’t know what I have to do.

I think the best thing is to contact your hosting provider support. They might know what is happening.

okay our admin was not available and I am not master so I am sorry. The problem was database InnoDB. I thought that database InnoDB is activated but it wasn’t and it was the problem. Now it is everything OK.
