What errors do you see reported at Tools > Site Health in your site’s Dashboard?

I don’t see any errors. Here is the text (unformatted copy) of the site health:

Yes, I was able to install plugins and update them also, one at a time.
Ok, is the theme problem random or consistent?

I think this is the first time I tried to add a theme after a long time. So, I am not sure about the problem’s nature.

Ok, but if you try to add a theme again, does it still happen consistently?
I ask because it normally affects both themes and plugins, and there’s usually an issue reported by Health Check.

I just tried and got the same error when I pressed the Add theme. Here is the copy of the screen (just the text):

Have you perhaps blocked Ajax operations on your server, or blocked calls to ww.wp.xz.cn at all?
If you’re with a hosting provider, you can check with their support.
