Something wrong with my wordpress site

Can someone plz help me? My http://www.hytteplanmila.no/admin is blank. I can log in to my site using the wp-login.php. I have tried all to tips on simelar topics in the forum. I have tried to disable all the plugings, changing name on the pluginfolder and changed the theme. But when I did that, my entire site went blank. The wordpress i updated and the theme I am using is also updated.

The site is not working correctly on phone and on Explorer Edge. I realy need some help here.
