  • Hi @raymondlv,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry about the issue you are facing.

Please know that the purpose of WP Mail SMTP is to help with email delivery by ensuring your email lands in inboxes instead of spam folders or being rejected by the server.

The email content, subject, recipient’s email address, however, are fully controlled by the plugin that WP Mail SMTP helps to deliver the emails like your contact forms, order notifications, password resets, etc.

Since some of the emails are getting delivered, the issue you are facing is most likely not from our plugin. Just to confirm, please try sending a test email by going to WP Mail SMTP > Tools.

If the email works fine, then the issue isn’t from WP Mail SMTP.

In that case, please contact the support team for the plugin where you are entering these recipient emails. They should be able to help investigate what’s going on around the scenario you described.

I hope this helps. Thanks 🙂
