    I can’t figure this out.

I went in and added up each sale and the total sales were $71, I had one discount of $5. making my sales $66. But when I go into the daily sales it is telling my gross sales are only $62 and my net is $57. I had one credit card transaction so the fee is .78

I have a spreadsheet that I have my retail and cost and it is coming up correct but not Woocommerce.

    Is there something I’m missing???

Let me clarify something, I’m not want to hire an outside company to explain the issue.

    Hi @hlhalliburton,

Thanks for sharing the details. I understand how confusing it can be when your manual totals don’t seem to match what WooCommerce reports are showing.

A few things you might want to double-check in your store:

    • Order statuses: WooCommerce Reports usually only count orders marked as Processing or Completed. Orders still Pending or On hold won’t be included.
    • Discounts and refunds: Discounts reduce gross totals, and refunds will also subtract from reports.
    • Taxes: Depending on your settings, reports may include or exclude taxes.
    • Shipping and fees: Sometimes these are not reflected in the way you expect in gross vs. net totals.

To help us look into this more closely, could you please:

    • Share your System Status Report. You can get a System Status Report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report, then paste it into https://pastebin.com or https://gist.github.com
    • And, if possible, provide a screenshot showing the difference between your order totals and what appears in your WooCommerce Reports.

This way, we can confirm if the numbers are correct for your configuration or if there’s an issue with reporting.

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Hi @hlhalliburton,

Thank you for sharing your System Status Report. I’ve taken a look through it, and nothing stands out as off in your configuration — everything seems to be set up correctly from what I can see.

To better understand what’s happening, could you please share the screenshot mentioned earlier that shows the difference between your order totals and what appears in your WooCommerce Reports? You can upload it to https://snipboard.io and share the link here.

Also, just to clarify, is this the first time you’ve noticed this kind of discrepancy between your manual totals and the analytics, or has it been happening before now? This will help determine if it’s an isolated reporting issue or something recurring. Feel free to let us know how it goes.

    Hi @hlhalliburton,

Thank you for sharing when you noticed the issue. It seems you shared your Snipboard account profile link by mistake. No problem at all!

To share a screenshot, simply upload it to Snipboard.io, copy the URL here: https://share.zight.com/YEuE08x9, and send it to us.

Please let me know how it goes!
