Sometimes loads up wrong image – orientation issue especially

I am using the plug in on our site which more the majority works fine, however for some images a larger image loads up. This happens on the iPad when the orientation changes and sometimes just straight away. If I refresh the browser it corrects itself but sometimes not straight away. Sometimes it doesn’t happen. It seems like a caching issue to me? Has any had this issue too? Particularly the orientation issue.
