• I used this plugin in page.(wordpress page)
Added code format is [slideshow_deploy id=’5222′].

    The plugin usually show well.
But sometimes the plugin doesn’t show up.

When the plugin doesn’t show up, ‘[slideshow_deploy id=’5222′]’ code show up in the page.

In admin page, the ‘slideshow’ does not exist.

In plugin list, same as…, and I can see a red box.

A content in red box is ‘The plugin slideshow-jquery-image-gallery/slideshow.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.’

    what should I do?

  • Hi soyoung-kim, are you running WordPress 3.5.1?

If you are I kindly suggest that you upgrade as soon as possible. This version of WordPress is very old, vulnerable and unstable. Your website is likely to get hacked.

Before you upgrade create a backup and find out if all your plugins are up to date and also your theme with the latest WordPress version if not, at least compatible with WordPress 3.8.3.

    Kind regards
