Sometimes, simple is good!

It’s true (as some reviews say) that there are relatively few options and the appearance could be better – however, this plugin worked straight out of the box, where a more sophisticated contact form plugin gave me mysterious errors that seemed to indicate there was something wrong with my email server settings, when in fact they were fine. So, if your needs are simple, I highly recommend PirateForms.
