Sometimes the form doesn’t work (Chrome&FF)

    Hi!
    The buttons of my form stopped working properly:
    * in Chrome on Linux mashines when I press one of theese two buttons, the form appears on the very bottom of the page (not at the top, as usually). It is still possible to scroll down for finding it, fill in all the fields, to submit the form and to receive a message
    * in FF and Chrome on Windows mashines the form doesn’t appear at all while visitors are pressing buttons
    Only in FF on Linux everything is OK, so I can open the form, fill in every field, submit and receive a message correctly.
    I didn’t realise when exactly the form stopped to work, unfortunately…
