Sometimes the password reset doesnt work

    Hi Guys,

    Rarely the password reset link will create a password, the user enters it and it says:Wrong credentials.

    I’ve tried every browser about 20 times.
    Its happened maybe 4 times.
    Mostly in Chrome and mobile phones.

    Its not human error as I’ve tried myself and watched users enter in the right details.

    I can’t find a reason. Ideas?
