Hi @bahoe
When you see the “ugly looking version” (which I can see now) our cache files are not called in by your theme. Please be sure that the theme does contain the necessary wp_head() and wp_footer() callings (here’s a little help: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/1129-images-are-displaying-in-a-row—wordpress ). If the theme seems fine, you could try to turn off your plugins, do a couple of refreshes, and if it’s still good, enable back one plugin, refresh the page a couple of times, and repeat the process until you find the plugin causing your problem.

Hi @bahoe!
I was just currently checking which support tickets I can close, and I can see, that yours still have the same problem. I can see the real cause, and it is the Cachify plugin, so if you would just deactivate it, that should solve the problem.
Caching plugins suppose to return the same code of your website when they are turned on, and in your case this doesn’t happen, and not just with our code, but I can see your fonts to be different too. If you would like to use a caching plugin, I would suggest trying out one with more users, like W3 Total Cache has +1million users, so it is maintained well, and from my experience that usually works with plugins. But of course that should be tested out too.

Hi gabor!
I was offline some weeks – sorry —–
I had deactivated chachify – and – wow ! it works !
Thank you soooo!
But, because of this mistake I had lost the client ! She will not believe me any more!
🙁
But anyway, I am happy that it works now. Thanks a lot!
