Sooo slow!

Hi guys,

I am running multiple WP installations on the same (shared) server, all with the same template & pretty much the same widgets.

See the difference in speed? Site 1 is fine while Site 2 is so slow it’s unbelievable.

I’ve installed and configured (to the best of my ability) WP cache & minify but it doesn’t seem to made any difference.

Mysql_slow_logs

I have a lot of mysql_slow_log files but I’m not entirely sure what to do with them since I’ve tried repairing & optimising the table via phpmyadmin & there is no errors listed & it doesn’t help the speed!
