    Yes,
users have surely seen the posts but maybe not commented yet. if they didn’t comment but saw the posts should it show up ?

Yep, you should start seeing views data in the Stats dashboard. The widget by default will update every minute or so (assuming you’re using the stock configuration.)

If you’re not seeing visits in the Stats dashboard then that means something isn’t right and that you should (re)check the suggestions from the FAQ.

the only thing I didn’t check is the database table with my hosting. what does it mean, and is there any specific reason my account couldn’t create, update and modify tables in the database ?

It has happened before (although it’s rare) that the hosting company didn’t set up the database user account properly which may lead to it being unable to interact with the database (create tables, update tables, etc.) May not be your case but it’s worth checking nonetheless.

Do make sure to also follow the suggestions mentioned on the second paragraph from this FAQ as well. If you did and you’re still having issues then please share your site’s URL and a screenshot of your Debug screen (Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Debug) so I can have a look.

    this is my sites url

and, how should I upload a screenshot ?

I am also using the WP Tab Widget plugin and it works fine.
Does this mean this it isn’t a problem with my database ?

I even tried disabling all plugin and switching a theme and none worked.

and, how should I upload a screenshot ?

You can either upload it into your Media Library or a image hosting service (like postimages.org, prnt.sc, etc.) and then share the URL of the image here.

Just checked your site and WPP is tracking visits normally:

    REST API 201 response

So it’s not that the plugin isn’t detecting visits, that’s working. The problem is something else. I’ll need to see your Debug screen and also how you have configured the WPP on your sidebar.

I am also using the WP Tab Widget plugin and it works fine.

Try adding the WPP widget somewhere else (not in the WP Tab Widget) and see if it works or not.

By WP tab widget I didn’t mean that I added the widget to the WP tab widget area and then placed the WP tab widget at the sidebar. I meant I installed the WP Tab Widget and it worked fine. Anyway, I tried deleting the WP tab widget and still it didn’t work.

    Wait, so sorry !
I accidentally displayed the posts by comments and not views !

However, now the images are showing blurry. is there a way to fix this ?
