Hello. My site has been working great for a week, but today I see “Sorry we are experience system issues. Please try again” on my IDX property pages under http://swt.fc7.myftpupload.com/homes-for-sale-details/listingAddress/listingNumber/boardId/ (not shortcode)

On my other property pages, for example, http://swt.fc7.myftpupload.com/georgetown/ (shortcode) I get a “feature not available” message. This has been happening for a few hours. I’ve tried removing the pages, adding different IDX pages, etc. Help!!

Thank you so much for your patience. I see that you emailed our support team on March 15th, and they assisted you via your support ticket. I apologize that this post was not updated.

With regards to the “Sorry we are experience system issues” message, it appears that http://swt.fc7.myftpupload.com/homes-for-sale-details/listingAddress/listingNumber/boardId/ has placeholders in the url, rather than the actual listing number and board ID. When you perform a search from the search form, the listing number and board ids are included in the URL. I tested this on your site, and it appears to be working (example below).
http://swt.fc7.myftpupload.com/homes-for-sale-details/3010-WOODLEIGH-COURT-CAMERON-PARK-CA-95682/18003879/13/

I’m not currently seeing the “feature not available” message on your site, however, this may occur if you changed packages, but were using or linked to a feature that was not available in the new package.
