The first video embeds fine, using the youtube block, on my test site.
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. Actually, This is a new installed wordpress, none plugins or themes have been installed yet. I then reinstall it, Nothing is changed. My localhost is able to play. Im not sure what happend with it, Its a dedicate vps.
I just found this thread exactly like what happen with my issue.
I found some errors using chrome here:
An error appears in the console:

It may be that your VPS is not set correctly. It looks like the embed code is getting a 401.

Every things looks fine, I did health check, nothing was happend.
