Yes, that code was for sorting by number of comments, here is the info on recent comments.

Yeah I havent been able to find really anything on how to do this yet.
Either way it’s reall just the same concept as a “forum”. When you post onto a topic it brings the topic all the way to the top.
This is what I want to do with my posts. When someone comments on a post I want that post to go to the top of the category list. Not just sorting by total number of comments, but by sorting my posts by most recent comments.
I do think that the code could be created using the code examples from the two original links and the third…but PHP is not my area. I tend to leave it as designed by the PHP experts…maybe someone can pick that up…
I use a very customizable theme (through the theme admin options) and very popular plugins, all of which have good support, with some basic HTML and CSS fixes.
I found this best for my needs.
Anyone else have an idea on how I can solve this problem?

Hello! I have a category full of posts and I want wondering how to order these posts based on the comments? Pretty much whenever someone comments on a post I would like to bump that post up to the top of the category.
How may I accomplish this?
