    Hi!

    I have a table with 400 addresses.

I want that customers are able to search for a ZIP like “10107”.

The outcome should be that the table is showing the results with “10107” and the lines before and after.

    Is that possible?

    Thanks for your help!

    Regards

    HRR

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not sure that I understand. So when someone searches for “10107”, you also want to show the rows for “10106” and “10108” for example?
Unfortunately, I’m not aware of a solution to that, sorry 🙁

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi Tobias

    Let’s put it another way.

When I search for ex. “10107” than I want that the “cursor” goes to this point of the list.

And NOT that ONLY these addresses are shown.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

you mean like a scrolling to that position in the table?
This might be possible using some API functions in the DataTables JS library and the scroller add-on from https://datatables.net/extensions/scroller/ but you will need custom code for that 🙁 There’s no direct integration of this into TablePress, sorry.

    Hi Tobias

I can’t do that by myself. Could you help me out with this. Against payment of course.

    Hi,

unfortunately, I’ll have to disappoint you here, sorry. As I’m not a professional web developer or freelancer, I can’t offer such services at the moment 🙁 My time and regular day job just don’t allow it.

    Regards,
    Tobias
