    Hello

Unfortunately, the sorting of the courses doesn’t work. After sorting under Courses -> Sort Courses – it still shows them differently.

The next problem is the course side:
I want all courses to be displayed. How can I do that?

    In addition:
Where can I set that it does not display any widgets (full template)?

    Thank you for your support

    Best regards

    Hi there

Unfortunately, the sorting of the courses doesn’t work. After sorting under Courses -> Sort Courses – it still shows them differently.

It could be that your theme is determining the sort order. Can you test by switching temporarily to a default theme and checking again? If it’s not the theme, can you provide a link to your courses page so we can take a look?

The next problem is the course side:
I want all courses to be displayed. How can I do that?

Where are you finding that all courses are not displayed? Can you provide some more details on this?

    In addition:
Where can I set that it does not display any widgets (full template)?

If you don’t want any sidebars on the whole site, you’d want to remove those from your theme. If it’s just on specific pages, can you let us know where exactly you want to use a full width template?

I solved the sorting problem with this in the link: ?course-orderby=title

Only 4 courses are displayed on the course page – but I want to display all of them:
    https://www.cysc-elearning.com/kursuebersicht/?course-orderby=title

I have already removed all “get_sidebar ()” from my template (Divi) – also from your plugin. Without success. It still has a gray stripe on the course page and the content is not centered like a “full screen” page:
    https://www.cysc-elearning.com/kursuebersicht/?course-orderby=title

    Here a printscreen:

    Hi @phipu ,

My apologies for the delay in responding here.

Unfortunately we can’t help with troubleshooting customized code (which includes removing default code, as mentioned in your last post.)

I’m also not able to view your courses page on your site.

If this is still a problem for you, can you let us know the answers to the questions Dan asked earlier:

    – It could be that your theme is determining the sort order. Can you test by switching temporarily to a default theme (like TwentyTwenty) and checking again? If it’s not the theme, can you provide a link to your courses page so we can take a look?

    – Where are you finding that all courses are not displayed? Can you provide some more details on this?

    – If you don’t want any sidebars on the whole site, you’d want to remove those from your theme. If it’s just on specific pages, can you let us know where exactly you want to use a full width template?

    Best,
    Cena
