By default it should sort by event date not Title, make sure that you are using our sort code or any other supported plugin in front end. Please do check our sort code here.

Anyway you can send me to an actual specific link for the sorting code? I don’t know where it is on your website and I would prefer to get help from you instead of just links I could have googled myself.

Also events are not displayed by date of event but by date of event import. How do I fix this?

Can you please let us know what sort code or widget you are using with link of your event page so we can check it out.
– This is meetup sort codes you can use, it by default show event sort by event start date.
Please let us know more detail so we can help you sort issue.
I’m having issue with event dates as well.
When I import upcoming events and then display on page.
they show up the furthest away event first. I need the closest upcoming event first and the furthest last.
the list is backwards people should see what is coming up soonest first and furthest last.
