Sorting and filters?

    Is Judge.me not compatible with the standard WooCommerce sorting and filter widgets? I can’t seem to get either to work. When I “sort by avg rating”, it would seem the sort order doesn’t reflect the actual ratings. When I insert the “Filter by rating” widget into the sidebar, nothing displays suggesting there are no ratings or reviews (untrue).

    Thank you for reaching us!

    Unfortunately, it’s correct that our plugin is not compatible with the standard Woocommerce sorting and filtering. It’s because the sorting/filtering widget would only work with the product reviews feature of Woocommerce (Woocommerce has a built-in product reviews feature).
    I seek your kind understanding on this matter.
