Sorting in wp?

    Hi.
    Is there a plugin that can sort…. i try to explain.

    If i have 4 cities. Detroit, London, Paris, Berlin.
    If i have 10 “categories”, lets say 1 – 10.

    The user can in, lets say a dropdown menu, choose Berlin, and category 5 & 8 appear. ( whats set by rule of coz )
    They can also choose category 7, and London appear or something. (reverse sorting?)

    Crazy example…but need this for a big list of cities + typ of store.
