Sorting posts

I download a plugin that sorts posts alphabetically or however you want them. It works great for one of my galleries but cannot get it to work on another.

I am working on a photo website. Is there anyway that I can put a Html code on the page all the galleries categories link to that will post sort them alphabetically?
