sorting testimonials

I know about the “sort” setting and setting view to “menu-order.”

It seems to work fine regarding re-ordering the testimonials in the “all testimonials” list.

But, I’ve got 4 pages of testimonials in that list. How do I move a testimonial from say the third page of my testimonials to the first?
