Soundcloud API changes, plugin will be updated at some point today

    Hi,

    Soundcloud seems to just have decided to make a change without warning (as they usually do).

    I will have to make an update.

    Hi,

    Plugin has been updated to version 2.4.2 and any issues with player not showing for some users should be fixed.

    Hey,

    I have currently got v.2.4.3 installed, but still getting the following error:

    “This artist’s label might be blocking access to the artist’s tracks from outside Soundcloud.com and only allow embedding from Soundcloud.com.

    If you are the artist, please do get in touch on the forum to help me fix this issue”

    The page URL is soundcloud.com/gwzuk

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having issues with the plugin and thank you very much for taking the time to post on the forum. Would you be able to answer the following questions?

    Where do you get the error message? On the tracks, playlist or favourites?

    Are you tracks set has private in your soundcloud account?

    HI – am interested in using your plugin, but it hasn’t been tested on 4.8.1 – do you have a timeframe for this or confirmation that it works?

    I’ve did an initial test, but it has a whole row of other users data in it and I can’t add my username.

    there is an error message (with no detail) as well.

    Hi @svzgsgps,

    The plugin is tested with WordPress 4.9.4, are you still experiencing issues? Would you be able to post a screenshot and your Soundcloud username?
