Source URLs with % encoding not working anymore

    Hi,

    I run a few sites in Hebrew, with URLs that have Hebrew characters in them. When copying a URL like that in into the source URL, it gets encoded with %, which is fine. But ever since the last update (or the one before), these encoded URLs aren’t redirecting!

    These means thousands of redirections with encoded Hebrew characters, across multiple sites, aren’t working anymore.

    Is there a quick fix for this?

    I can’t see anything that has changed recently regarding this. Can you provide me with an example URL, and the associated entry stored in Redirection?
