Thanks for writing to us. I’m afraid we don’t have a way to have bookings as ‘Pending’ 🙁 All of the bookings made through our plugin are technically approved. We don’t have a way to approve/deny any appointments at the moment.
We have a workaround (it’s not perfect, but it’s all we can offer right now); it works off the idea that you can imply that the booking is a request; we have a guide to show you how it could work – https://ssappts.com/guides/accept-or-deny-appointments-workaround/. This is supported in the Premium editions.
