Space below free access plan
-
There’s a space that appears below the free access plan that I can’t for the life of me work out how to remove… It makes other access plans next to it look uneven. Any suggestions?

We have code built into LifterLMS to automatically match the heights of these elements. Not sure what’s causing the reported issue but if you can provide me with a link to the course in question I can take a closer look and hopefully provide you with some CSS to fix the issue if it’s not a bug.
Thanks,
@thomasplevy THanks for your reply!
Sorry, I’ve been having trouble putting together a test site for you to take a look at for this issue. But if you look at the image link above, you’ll see it shows via Chrome Inspect that a ” ” appears even though there isn’t one in the access plan description.
Yes, I know. The empty space exists to preserve the “space” when other information is present in adjacent plans. This has been several times reported as a bug and while I very much want to figure a way to not rely on spaces to solve this design problem I haven’t had any luck figuring out a better solution, so it stands. Here’s a discussion on the issue that you can read up on if you’re interested: https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms/issues/417
However, I very much want to take a look at this to see why an element which is intended to make things equal heights (and is working on most sites) is causing the element to be not equal on your site. If you can provide me with a URL I can poke around and figure out what’s going on and, if there is a bug here, I can use the additional information to try to resolve it.
I’m sorry but I can’t fix this from a screenshot! I need a URL!
Will share a link as soon as I can… for some reason I can’t get more than one access pass to show up on my test site, hence the screen shot of a site I can’t presently share. Will keep trying and keep you posted.
let me know
That page isn’t showing the issue you initially reported with the heights being “off”
Can you recreate the initially reported screencap issue exactly on that live URL so I can debug it please!
Hi, yes it is – see here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fy9uzv5o8btzbvi/14.PNG?dl=0
I don’t know what’s happened… it appears to have righted itself? Was there an update recently?
Edit: Nope, my mistake – extra space is still there… (though I swear for a moment it wasn’t!)

Update again: It appears OK on Edge but not on Chrome if that’s any help…
I am not disputing the presence of the space. The space is there and it exists to help align things. Here’s a discussion as noted above as to why this exists. It has not been “fixed” because it’s not technically a bug: https://github.com/gocodebox/lifterlms/issues/417
I am not seeing any actual issues on your website as a result of this “space”
Can you help me understand why you need the space to go away? As I’ve noted this IS NOT A BUG and I’m sorry that there’s a space there but it’s the best solution I’ve been able to find to ensure elements align properly. It’s not a great solution but it gets the job done.
Please elaborate on how this is affecting your site so I can help identify a possible solution.
If it’s just annoying you please accept my apologies. It’s NOT A BUG. The space exists to help align content in the pricing table.
Can you help me understand why you need the space to go away?
I just like everything to look and work as best as they possibly can; when my clients get a website from me, they know it’s pixel perfect, that’s all.
(Side note: And now, despite not having touched it, it looks OK on Chrome again)
I’ve done my very best to find a better solution than a space but this character really does a job. If you can figure out a better solution I would very much welcome the contribution but at this moment I don’t have a better solution for something that isn’t actually broken.
Thanks,
