Spacer / Divider Alignment On Tablets

Hi,
I have a spacer/divider inside a two column block with an image in one column and a heading, divider and text in the other.

I have set the divider up at a width of 30% to be right aligned on desktop and then centre aligned on tablet and mobile as it collapses to one column on tablets.

On desktop it is right aligned and on mobile it is central, which is perfect. However, on tablet it stays as right aligned even though centre alignment is selected.

Any help to sort this out would be appreciated.
