Spaces Between Blocks

Dear All,

How can I reduce the space between blocks? Top & Bottom?

There’s a big space between the blocks top-to-bottom and I need to reduce it.

For Example, I will put a slider, and I put another blocks below it, there’s a big space that I’m unable to remove it.

Any idea?
